Cart-Checkout Platform
A backend checkout orchestration service across cart, catalog, promotions, payments, and downstream order workflows. It became the layer that let Peloton migrate off a legacy monolith one funnel at a time without risking revenue.

Warranty Checkout Migration
Self-service warranties were the first checkout channel moved onto the new platform: the narrowest funnel that still exercised the whole path. The migrated flow generated $500K+ in its first two months and took end-to-end checkout from ~10–15s to under 2s.

Catalog Migration to Commercetools
A catalog migration from legacy CMS systems onto Commercetools: ~1K SKUs across ~5 markets, delivered in-house by two engineers in about two sprints, displacing a ~$15M/yr contractor quote. It still runs as the catalog data-integrity backbone.

Checkout Observability & Reliability
A cross-team operational-excellence initiative that cut P1–P2 incidents ~85% (~15–20/wk → ~2–3/wk) and mitigation time from ~2 hours to ~15 minutes, by fixing ownership first and tooling second.

Legacy Catalog Service Deprecation
A redundant catalog service that four engineering teams maintained daily, with no owner and no roadmap slot. Retired by moving its consumers onto their real dependencies first, then deleting the service and its infrastructure outright.

Playwright Migration — Unlocking CI/CD
Replacing an incumbent Cypress/Selenium E2E stack with Playwright across a 30+ app Nx monorepo, taking coverage from ~5% to ~80%, including a POS/Swift app that had never had an automated test at all.

AgentGrid
An internal developer-experience tool: a local control plane in Go that makes running several coding agents in parallel safe, by tracking what each one has claimed, detecting when a plan has gone stale, and scoring how risky a branch has become.

Cortex
Internal tooling for my own workflow: a local-first multi-agent system that ingests from several sources, classifies and enriches with LLMs through a tiered routing policy, and stores validated structured output in a vector database, encrypted at rest.
